Guest of the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka" was Mr. Dušan Živković, acting general director of Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS). The lecture focused on the strategic approach to crisis and risk management in a large state-owned enterprise like EPS, which requires increasingly uncertain business conditions. Thanks to his vast experience and expertise, Mr. Živković explained and brought closer to the students concepts such as energy security, business sustainability, the role of AI in modern business, and the undeniable importance of researching future energy sources in an engaging and very interesting way.
