Professors of the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka", Prof. Dr. Dušanka Đurović and Prof. Dr. Mikloš Biro, have published a book that represents the most significant work in the last decade in the field of forensic psychology. The book, as teaching material, is intended for students of the Forensic Psychology program at the undergraduate and master's levels at our faculty, as well as for all interested individuals, professionals, and the academic community.

For more than half a century, psychologists have appeared as experts in our courts, but during all this time, only a few monographs and articles have been published, mostly focusing on the theoretical aspects of forensic psychology. Psychiatric textbooks offered explanations of certain concepts but taught the practice of a different profession. Even American textbooks (which have always been helpful when our own were unavailable) were not of great use since Anglo-Saxon law is based on precedents and pays much more attention to the role of the jury (which is almost insignificant here). This lack of practical guidelines was the main reason why the authors decided to systematize their extensive experience into this book.

The publisher of the book is Sinapsa Edicije from Belgrade.
