In talent management and development within an organization, it is useful for the organization to know the answers to the following questions internally: Are our talents really talents for us? How do we identify and develop talents? WHO or WHAT is a talent? During the lecture, we will address these questions and dilemmas. In addition to familiarizing ourselves with the talent process, we will raise the important question of how to set up a talent management process that leads to the growth and development of all involved stakeholders.
