The Faculty of Law of Luarasi University from Albania, in cooperation with the University of Montenegro, the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka", and several other regional partners, is organizing the International Scientific Conference titled "JUSTICE, SECURITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS".
This conference aims to bring together academics, experts, and professionals in the fields of law, security, and human rights to exchange scientific and practical perspectives on key legal and security issues at the national and international levels.
Within the broad theme of the conference, sessions will be organized into three main panels, designed to provide an inclusive space for discussions and analyses from various academic and professional perspectives. These panels will cover different topics from the fields of law, security, and human rights, allowing authors to choose topics according to their research interests.
Civil Law Panel
This panel will focus on legal changes and challenges related to civil relations, private law, and the protection of individual and legal entity rights. Proposed topics include, but are not limited to:
- Basic rights and freedoms in civil and commercial relations
- Property law and challenges in its protection in an international context
- Consumer protection and challenges of the global market
- Digital contracts, electronic transactions, and the impact of technology on civil law
- Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
- Family law and contemporary aspects of child and family protection

Criminal Law Panel
This panel will address contemporary challenges in the field of criminal law and the judicial system, particularly related to national and international security. Proposed topics include, but are not limited to:

- Cybercrime, digital security, and criminal liability in the virtual world

Public Law Panel
