The Master’s program in Clinical Psychology provides students with high-quality education, encompassing theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for working with diverse populations and clients in healthcare and clinical settings.

The program is based on best global practices, ensuring that students master key skills in assessment, diagnosis, and psychological interventions. Students are trained to work with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions using modern techniques and approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.

 

 

The program includes mandatory clinical practice, allowing students to gain hands-on experience working with real clients, further ensuring their readiness for professional work in real-world settings.

Students also acquire skills in counseling, crisis management, and ethical work with sensitive groups.

Key learning outcomes include the ability to recognize and treat various mental disorders, develop strategies to support clients, and apply evidence-based techniques in clinical practice.

 

Key learning outcomes include developing the ability to accurately assess client conditions, apply individualized therapeutic plans, and monitor therapy progress. Upon completion, students are qualified to work as therapists in private clinics, mental health centers, hospitals, or private practice. The program also opens opportunities for further specialization in psychotherapy, such as working with children and adolescents, family therapy, or group therapy.

The program is aligned with key global and European guidelines for the education and training of clinical psychologists as defined by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA). It also adheres to WHO standards for mental health, following the principles of the World Health Organization (WHO) for mental health preservation and improvement, particularly in applying holistic approaches and APA guidelines for clinical psychology.

Upon completing the program, students are qualified to work in healthcare institutions, private clinics, mental health centers, or as therapists and counselors. The program also opens opportunities for further research or doctoral studies in clinical psychology and specialization in areas such as neuropsychology, psychotherapy, or rehabilitation.
