PSYCHOLOGY

The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” is enrolling 25 students in the accredited Master's study program Psychology.

Admission Requirements:

  • Completed undergraduate academic studies of four years (240 ECTS), or a diploma obtained under the previous law from the same educational profile in the field of social sciences and humanities (Psychology).
  • The ranking of candidates for enrollment in the first year of the master's program is determined based on the overall average grade in undergraduate studies, the duration of previous studies, and the entrance exam result.
  • The entrance exam consists of a motivation letter and an interview with the committee in Serbian, with a maximum of 20 points.
  • Upon submission of documents, the candidate must also provide a printed copy of the motivation letter. The motivation letter should allow the admission committee to assess:
  • The areas, questions, and research problems the candidate wishes to explore during master's studies, the importance of the chosen topic, the candidate’s prior engagements relevant to personal and professional development, and their expectations from the master's program.
  • The oral part of the entrance exam includes a discussion with the committee in which the candidate explains their motivation for enrollment and elaborates on their chosen area and research problem.

First Enrollment Period Dates:

  • By 03.09.2025 – submission of documents from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Faculty premises;
  • Entrance exam – 08.09.2025 from 11:00 to 13:00 at the Faculty premises;
  • Provisional ranking list – 10.09.2025 by 14:00 on the Faculty notice board;
  • Appeals to the ranking list submitted to the Dean by 15.09.2025 from 12:00 to 15:00;
  • Publication of decisions on appeals – 17.09.2025 by 15:00 on the Faculty notice board;
  • Final ranking list – 18.09.2025 by 16:00 on the Faculty notice board;
  • Enrollment of accepted candidates on 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of September 2025 from 10:00 to 15:00 at the student services office.

Criteria for Candidate Ranking

  • The ranking of candidates is based on the average undergraduate grade, the duration of previous studies, and the entrance exam results.
  • If two candidates have the same average grade and receive the same number of points on the entrance exam, priority is given to the one who completed their previous studies in a shorter time. The total score is adjusted by subtracting 0.25 points for each month over the prescribed study period or adding 0.25 points for each month under the prescribed period.

Tuition

  • The tuition fee for the Master's program in Psychology for the academic year 2025/26 is €3,000*

Enrollment of Foreign Students

Foreign nationals can enroll under the same conditions as domestic candidates.
They pay tuition for the entire duration of their studies, unless otherwise regulated by an international agreement.
Candidates must submit either a decision on the recognition of a foreign academic certificate or confirmation that the process has been initiated.

Before Enrollment, Foreign Students Must Submit:

  • Proof of health insurance for the academic year they are enrolling in;
  • Proof of proficiency in Serbian or the language in which the program is conducted.

Enrollment of Serbian Citizens Who Completed Previous Education Abroad

A Serbian citizen who completed previous education abroad may apply for enrollment if they possess a decision on the recognition of a foreign higher education certificate for further education and enrollment in a specific program. If the process is not completed, a confirmation of its initiation must be submitted with the application.

Documents Required for Enrollment

  • Original or certified copies of all high school transcripts
  • Original or certified copy of final/matura exam diploma
  • Scanned ID card
  • Two photos (3.5x4.5 cm format)
  • Original or certified copy of birth certificate
  • Proof of payment of the first tuition installment
  • Passport copy (for foreign students)

Tuition for Foreign Students

Tuition for foreign students from the region (Croatia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina) is the same as for Serbian citizens.
Tuition for foreign students (outside the region) for all undergraduate vocational programs is €4,000*

*Amounts are in euros, payable in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of payment.

Tuition Includes:

  • Manuals/practical guides and electronic lectures for each course;
  • Classes (lectures and exercises) in small study groups with creative workshops and business simulations;
  • Seminars and other instructional activities per the study program;
  • Preparation questions for each test and exam to facilitate easier learning;
  • Individual and group consultations with professors and assistants;
  • Fulfillment of pre-exam obligations;
  • Mentored study and consultations;
  • Exams and test administration;
  • Professional assistance with thesis writing;
  • Ongoing consultations with school support services;
  • Help with the selection, arrangement, and execution of internships (additional benefits for employed students);
  • Use of computer labs, internet, and library.

BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AND ORGANIZATION

The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” is enrolling 100 students in the accredited undergraduate academic program Business Excellence and Organization.

Admission Requirements:

  • Completed undergraduate academic studies of four years (240 ECTS), or a diploma obtained under the previous law from the same or similar educational profile in the field of social sciences and humanities.
  • Candidate ranking is based on average undergraduate grade, duration of previous studies, and entrance exam result.
  • The entrance exam consists of a motivation letter and an interview in Serbian with the committee, worth up to 20 points.
  • At document submission, candidates must also provide a printed motivation letter. This letter should inform the committee about:
  • The candidate's research interests during the master’s program, the importance of the topic, past engagements relevant to development, and expectations from the studies.
  • The oral part of the exam is a conversation where the candidate presents their motivation and explains their chosen research topic.
  • Enrollment fees paid
  • First tuition installment paid

First Enrollment Period Dates:

  • For the Master's program in Business Excellence and Organization for 2025/26 is €2,300*

Enrollment of Foreign Students

Foreign students can apply under the same conditions as Serbian citizens.
They pay tuition for the entire study duration unless otherwise stated by international agreements.
The candidate must submit a decision on recognition of a foreign academic certificate or confirmation that the process has started.
Before enrollment, they must provide:

  • Proof of health insurance for the academic year;
  • Proof of language proficiency in Serbian or the language of instruction.

Enrollment of Serbian Citizens Who Studied Abroad

Serbian citizens who completed their previous education abroad may apply with a decision on recognition of a foreign higher education certificate. If the process is still ongoing, confirmation of initiation must be submitted with the application.
