Specialist vocational studies

 

The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” is enrolling the following number of students in accredited specialist vocational study programs:

Admission Requirements

  • Completed higher education (undergraduate studies), i.e., 180 ECTS earned
  • First installment of tuition fee paid

First enrollment period dates:

  • Until 03.09.2025 – submission of documents from 10 AM to 3 PM, at the Faculty premises;
  • Entrance exam – 08.09.2025 from 11 AM to 1 PM, at the Faculty premises;
  • Unified (temporary) ranking list – 10.09.2025 by 2 PM on the Faculty bulletin board;
  • Appeals to the ranking list submitted to the Dean of the Faculty by 15.09.2025 from 12 PM to 3 PM;
  • Publication of decisions made on appeals – 17.09.2025 by 3 PM on the Faculty bulletin board;
  • Final ranking list – 18.09.2025 by 4 PM on the Faculty bulletin board;
  • Enrollment of accepted candidates – 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of September 2025 from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Faculty student services.

Criteria for candidate ranking

Candidates are ranked based on the average grade obtained during previously completed studies.

 

Required documents for enrollment

  • Original or certified copy of the diploma from the final graduation exam,
  • Original or certified copy of the diploma of completed higher vocational education and diploma supplement,
  • Scanned ID card
  • Two photographs (3.5x4.5 cm format)
  • Original or certified copy of birth certificate
  • Proof of payment of the 1st tuition installment

Tuition Fees

  • Corporate Security – €1700*
  • Entrepreneurial Management – €1500*
  • Tuition for foreign students (outside the region) in all undergraduate vocational study programs is €3000*

*Amounts are in euros, payable in dinar equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate on the day of payment.

Tuition includes:

  • Manuals/practical guides for each subject and lectures in electronic format;
  • Classes (lectures and exercises) in small study groups using creative workshops and business simulations;
  • Seminars and other forms of instruction as provided by the study program;
  • Preparation questions for each test and exam to facilitate easier and faster mastery of the material;
  • Individual and group consultations with instructors and associates;
  • Implementation of pre-exam obligations;
  • Mentored consultation and study;
  • Taking tests and exams;
  • Expert support in writing final theses;
  • Ongoing consultation with the Faculty’s administrative departments;
  • Assistance in selecting, arranging, and carrying out internships (additional benefits for employed students regarding internship execution);
  • Use of computer lab, internet, and library.

Enrollment of foreign students

A foreign citizen can enroll in the study program under the same conditions as a domestic citizen.
A foreign citizen pays tuition throughout their education, unless otherwise specified by an international agreement.
A candidate who is a foreign citizen must submit a decision on recognition of a foreign public document or a confirmation that the procedure has been initiated when applying.
Before enrollment, the foreign candidate must provide the Faculty with proof of:

  • Health insurance for the academic year they are enrolling in;
  • Proficiency in Serbian or the language in which the study program is conducted.

Enrollment of Serbian citizens who completed prior education abroad

A Serbian citizen who completed prior education abroad may apply for enrollment in a study program if they have a decision on the recognition of the foreign higher education document for continuation of studies and enrollment in the specific program. If the recognition process has not been completed, such candidates must submit confirmation that the process is ongoing along with their application.
