MANAGEMENT IN HOSPITALITY AND GASTRONOMY
The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” is enrolling 50 students in the accredited undergraduate vocational study program Management in Hospitality and Gastronomy.
Admission requirements:
- completed secondary education in accordance with the Law on Higher Education
- passed entrance exam consisting of an essay, interview in Serbian, and a general knowledge test (essay and interview together carry 20 points; general knowledge test consists of 20 questions, each correct answer gives 2 points)
- to enroll in the second year: eligible for enrollment into the second year at another higher education institution of a similar profile
- to enroll in the third year: completed higher education school of a similar profile or eligibility for third year at another institution and passed additional exams as determined by the Faculty
- paid enrollment fees (for first-year students)
- paid first tuition installment
First enrollment period dates:
- Until 20.06.2025 – submission of documents from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Faculty premises and via online application;
- Entrance exam – 24.06.2025 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Faculty premises;
- Preliminary ranking list – 25.06.2025 by 2 PM on the Faculty notice board;
- Appeals regarding ranking list – until 30.06.2025 from 12 PM to 3 PM to the Dean;
- Publication of decisions on appeals – 01.07.2025 by 3 PM on the Faculty notice board;
- Final ranking list – 02.07.2025 by 4 PM on the Faculty notice board;
- Enrollment of accepted candidates – 03., 04., and 07.07.2025 from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Student Services Office.
Criteria for candidate ranking
- general success in secondary education (maximum 40 points) and entrance exam results (maximum 60 points)
- entrance exam consists of an essay, interview in Serbian, and a general knowledge test (essay and interview together carry 20 points; general knowledge test consists of 20 questions, each correct answer gives 2 points)
- general success in high school means the sum of average grades for each year of school multiplied by 2. Minimum 16, maximum 40 points can be earned this way.
Tuition fee
- for the OSS Management in Hospitality and Gastronomy program in the 2025/26 academic year: €1900*
Enrollment of foreign students
Foreign citizens may enroll in the study program under the same conditions as domestic students.
Foreign students pay tuition for the entire duration of their studies, unless otherwise specified by international agreement.
A foreign applicant must submit a decision on recognition of foreign documents or proof that the procedure has started.
Before enrollment, the foreign applicant must provide the Faculty with evidence of:
- health insurance for the academic year they are enrolling in;
- proficiency in Serbian or the language in which the program is taught.
Enrollment of Serbian citizens who completed previous education abroad
A Serbian citizen who completed prior education abroad may apply for enrollment if they have a decision on recognition of a foreign higher education document for further education. If the process is not completed, they must submit proof that it has begun.
Documents required for enrollment
- original or certified copies of transcripts from all years of completed secondary school
- original or certified copy of high school diploma/final exam certificate
- scanned national ID card
- two photos, size 3.5x4.5 cm
- original or certified copy of birth certificate
- proof of payment for the first tuition installment
- passport copy (for foreign students)
Tuition for foreign students
- Tuition for students from the region (Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina) is the same as for Serbian citizens
- Tuition for non-regional foreign students in all undergraduate vocational programs: €5000*
*Amounts are in euros, payable in RSD equivalent according to the NBS middle exchange rate on the day of payment.
Tuition includes:
- manuals/practical guides for each subject and electronic lecture materials;
- classes (lectures and exercises) in small study groups using creative workshops and business simulations;
- seminars and other forms of instruction defined by the study program;
- preparation questions for each colloquium and exam to help easier and faster learning;
- individual and group consultations with faculty and associates;
- completion of pre-exam obligations;
- consultations and learning under mentorship;
- colloquium and exam taking;
- expert assistance with final paper preparation;
- continuous consultations with Faculty’s professional services;
- assistance in selecting, securing, and completing internships (additional benefits for employed students);
- access to computer labs, internet, and library.
