Program Description
The "Basics of Naturopathy and Holistic Wellbeing Techniques" program is a three-month seminar in naturopathy and holistic health approaches. The seminar includes theoretical lectures and practical workshops, aimed at introducing participants to the basics of naturopathy, natural techniques to support vitality, emotional balance (Bach flower remedies), and holistic methods for relaxation and integration of body, mind, and spirit.
The program is educational and non-scientific in nature and is conducted as part of non-formal adult education.

Month 1 – March
Module 1: Fundamentals of Naturopathy and Holistic Medicine
- Basics of naturopathy, philosophy, principles, and historical roots
- Holism, vitalism, prevention, and individualized approach
- The role of naturopathy in modern wellness
- Ethical boundaries
- Natural ways to support wellbeing and vital energy
- Workshop: creating a personal holistic profile
Module 2: Fundamentals of Natural Techniques in Naturopathy
- Introduction to aromatherapy (theory)
- Gentle relaxation techniques
- Hydrotherapy
- The role of nutrition in general wellbeing (non-medical approach)
- Herbal drinks and traditional plant uses
- Workshop: preparing herbal blends and creating a daily routine
Month 2 – April
Module 3: Bach Flower Remedies and Emotional Balance
- Basics of Bach flower therapy
- Philosophy of Bach flower essences
- Working with emotions and behavioral patterns
- 38 Bach flowers and 7 emotion groups
- Workshop: recognizing emotional states
Module 4: Practical Application of Bach Essences
- Traditional selection of essences
- Solution preparation
- Understanding emotional patterns (symbolic examples)

Module 5: Holistic Techniques, Energy, and Balance

Program Goals
The program aims to introduce participants to the basic principles of naturopathy and holistic medicine, raise awareness of preventive and individualized approaches to wellbeing, and understand the connection between emotions, habits, life rhythms, and overall health.
The program is designed to equip participants with the skills to apply basic, non-medical relaxation and self-support techniques, as well as develop holistic thinking skills and integrate acquired knowledge into daily life.
The program is open to all adults regardless of previous medical or professional education. It is suitable for beginners and anyone interested in gaining basic knowledge in naturopathy, holistic health approaches, and wellbeing techniques.
When and Where
The program is conducted through live lectures and practical workshops at the Organizer’s premises. Attendance is mandatory for practical sessions, while theoretical classes on Saturdays are also available online in case of justified absence.
The program lasts 3 months (March–May 2026), with 6 modules totaling approximately 48 teaching hours.

Fee and Registration:
The participation fee for the program is €1,200 in RSD equivalent according to the NBS mid-rate on the payment date per person. Early registration fee is €1,100 in RSD equivalent according to the NBS mid-rate on the payment date per person.
Payment should be made before the start of the program, no later than February 25, 2026. The fee includes attendance at live lectures, all supporting materials, and a complimentary copy of the book “Naturopathy – Handbook for Empathy of Body, Mind, and Spirit.”

Instructor
Dragana Blagojević Lombardelli – graduated in holistic medicine, psychosomatics, and naturopathy in Bologna, at the Riza Institute in Milan. She specializes in various holistic techniques, including Bach flower remedies, reflexology, aromatherapy, anti-stress techniques, natural nutrition (eubiotics), chromotherapy, and chromopuncture, as well as different methods of energy harmonization.
She is a member of the Federation of Italian Naturopaths – Riza, founder and president of the Association of Naturopaths of Serbia, and actively participates in projects related to the establishment of an accredited naturopathy faculty. Through her lectures and workshops, she promotes awareness of holistic health approaches, including lectures on “Holistic approaches for children in sports” with Novak Djokovic, among others.
