Students in this program will understand the significance and role of modern gastronomy and enology in creating a complete tourist experience. They will learn food preparation techniques from various global cuisines and work on crafting premium gastronomic products.
Renowned head chefs, restaurant owners, and hotel managers are part of the teaching process, allowing students to strengthen their network and connections with gastronomy experts significantly.
Fieldwork is an integral part of student internships, providing a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and skills about traditional products, ingredients, and cuisines, as well as the latest global gastronomic trends.
During the program, students undertake three professional paid internships in exclusive hotels, restaurants, and hospitality centers (HORECA centers), allowing them to engage directly with the latest trends and technologies in the world of gastronomy and enology. These internships offer students a unique opportunity to refine and develop their professional skills through collaboration with experienced professionals.
Beyond culinary techniques, students learn resource planning and management, quality control, and human resource management in hospitality. Additionally, the program includes courses on hospitality economics and finance, marketing, and sustainable development, enabling students to be competitive and adaptable in the global market.
Through this combination of theory and practice, students develop strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills essential for success in global gastronomy. The program also incorporates modern digital tools and business management techniques, equipping students to excel in contemporary environments.
