Within the area of Business Excellence and Sustainable Development, competencies are developed in strategic and operational management, organization, decision-making, leadership, and performance management of companies. The goal of educating managers is to engage them in the management profession promptly, from family business involvement to professional management engagement.

Manage business processes on the path to excellence, applying sustainable principles that create long-term value for society and the environment.

You will learn how to analyze the business environment and the organization itself, make and implement business decisions, adapt to turbulent market changes, create product-service assortments, and manage teams. The teaching approach is based on case studies related to companies in Serbia and the region.
