In the study program Business Excellence and Standardization you will experience a highly dynamic environment and acquire essential skills to prepare you for challenges in modern corporations, small and medium enterprises. You will understand and learn the basic principles and theories of quality management, including methods to improve product and service quality. You will master the application of international standards (ISO 9001, ESG). Additionally, students will be trained to:

• Use and apply methods and advanced practices of business quality management (services and production) that deliver value and align with the strategic objectives of companies and enterprises;
• Assess solutions for potential or existing risk or quality issues based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis appropriate for the problem;
• Apply best practices for knowledge-based business quality decision-making;
• Evaluate effective methods for engagement and collaboration with executives, managers, employees, customers, and other stakeholders in diverse and multidisciplinary environments that allow the organization to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations regarding quality;
• Use sustainable, ethical, legal, and socially responsible practices of business quality management in domestic and global companies and enterprises.
