Professional practice is mandatory and takes place in companies and organizations that have human resources departments. Students also participate in various scientific and professional projects in the fields of business psychology, marketing, management, and human resources management.
The classes are exclusively interactive and led by prominent experts with recognized academic achievements and practical experience. Upon completion of the program, students earn the title of Graduate Psychologist.
Through theory, research analysis, and business case studies, students gain applicable knowledge. The knowledge acquired at the Faculty of Organizational Studies Eduka has a transdisciplinary character, allowing students to respond quickly, effectively, and timely to changes, and even initiate them.

Study and Work
With the help of modern information technologies, all students who are employed and cannot attend classes in person can regularly follow and attend lectures through multimedia educational content, regular consultations with professors via email and TEAMS, access literature electronically, register for exams online, and attend practical classes. Employed students follow classes via the course pages, while exams and tests are taken like regular students, and attendance points can be made up through additional assignments.
The program is accredited by the National Body for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education – accreditation certificate for undergraduate academic studies in Psychology.
