Prof. Dr. Filip Đoković Delivered a Lecture to Students in Podgorica: Management in Hospitality Based on ESG Standards

Lecture by Prof. Dr. Filip Đoković on ESG-Based Management in Hospitality

Prof. Dr. Filip Đoković, Dean of the Faculty of Organizational Studies Eduka and Vatel Business School Belgrade, delivered a lecture on the topic “Management in Hospitality Based on ESG Standards” to students of Vatel Business School Montenegro and the Faculty of Culture and Tourism at the University of Donja Gorica in Podgorica.

During the lecture, Prof. Đoković presented the key ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards and explained their importance in the hospitality industry, particularly in the context of sustainable development, social responsibility, and effective management. Students had the opportunity to engage in discussion, learn from real-world examples, and explore potential challenges in the implementation of ESG principles.

Later in the event, representatives of the University of Donja Gorica and Vatel Business School Montenegro met with Prof. Đoković to discuss future steps for strengthening collaboration between the institutions. The goal is to establish joint projects, student and experience exchanges, as well as joint programs and lectures, in order to ensure that the educational process in the field of hospitality remains aligned with modern trends and industry needs.
