At the Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” in Belgrade, a highly attended and motivating workshop on learning techniques titled “How to finally make peace with studying?” was held, led by Tamara Kostić, a psychologist and psychological counselor known for her work with students and many years of experience in providing psychological support during studies.

Tamara presented practical, simple, and immediately applicable learning techniques, as well as effective strategies for organizing time and study material. Through an interactive discussion with students, she opened topics related to:

  • maintaining continuity in studying,
  • finding and strengthening internal motivation,
  • coping with fear before exam periods,
  • developing healthy and sustainable study habits.

The focus of the workshop was on changing one’s mindset – reexamining personal beliefs about success, failure, and learning, recognizing early signs of stress, and preventing burnout, which is an increasingly common challenge among students.

Tamara Kostić is the founder of the student counseling center and support center “Learning for You”, through which she has been helping students for years to build functional habits, overcome fears of studying after long breaks, and successfully complete their studies. She has enabled hundreds of students to find their rhythm and regain confidence in their own abilities.

FOS “Eduka” continues to organize support programs that help students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for academic success. The workshop once again highlighted how important it is to create an environment in which support is an integral part of everyday learning.
