On November 27, a prestigious investment conference, Secrets of Investing, was held in Belgrade at the Ilija Kolarac Endowment — an event positioned as the largest financial conference in the region. The main strategic partner was the Faculty of Organizational Studies Eduka, and the students were part of the organizing committee, giving the event additional energy and authenticity.

The conference was designed to push boundaries — to break taboos about money and provide knowledge that “is not shared in the media.” Participants gained insight into:

  • The latest trends in global markets — where the opportunities for investments in 2026 and the coming years lie.
  • Concrete, “within arm’s reach” investment models — from basic financial literacy to advanced capital growth strategies.
  • A unique networking opportunity — investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders gathered in one place, giving students a chance to build connections and possible future collaborations.
  • Honest, motivating stories — speakers shared their experiences: from beginnings to financial freedom, through successes and setbacks.
  • Exclusive information — the organizer himself, Vladimir Đukanović, presented his investment portfolio and announced which sectors he plans to invest in during 2026.

The speakers included influential people from various sectors — from startups, to franchises, to global investment platforms:

  • Vladimir Đukanović — host of the conference and someone who brings the “Wall Street mindset” to our market.
  • Marko Tanazević (CEO of Delight Group) — franchises and business models.
  • Zoran Milošević (CEO of Meridianbet Group) — investment with the highest ROI.
  • Marko Prokić (Co-founder of Delighted Minds) — startup approaches to investing.
  • Clement Senaratne (Founder of Curry Souls) — inspiration from real-world business.
  • Martin Sklenar and Ilija Trifunović (from Exante) — global investing with a local touch.
  • Mila Litvinjenko (CEO of AURA) and Vukan Simić (CEO of Fishing Booker) — how successful entrepreneurs invest surplus capital.

The topics were diverse: from franchises, investing through global platforms, to concrete advice for personal investing and portfolio planning.

What does it mean for Eduka students to have participated in the organization? For the students, this was a unique opportunity to:

  • be part of an event that connects academic knowledge with the real business world;
  • attend lectures by leaders in finance and investments — not as audience members, but as part of the organizing team;
  • build connections with investors and entrepreneurs — potentially opening the door to internships, collaborations, mentorships, or startup ideas;
  • gain practical knowledge and inspiration — the kind that is not learned only at university, but through experience and networking.

One of the key effects is that such students gain a reputation as people who understand investing, finance, and entrepreneurship — which can be an advantage in the job market, but also in their own entrepreneurial journeys.

The “Secrets of Investing” conference showed that investing is not only for the elite, but for anyone willing to learn, understand, and take control of their financial future.

For Eduka students, participating in organizing such an event is not just a CV entry — it is an opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with people who create capital, to learn firsthand, and to begin thinking about investments as a realistic option today.

In a world where most people only spend, “Secrets of Investing” carries a message: learn to invest — and let your money work for you.
