The Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka" continues to set standards in the development of young researchers and the advancement of academic excellence. On Monday, December 15, 2025, our faculty will host two highly significant workshops organized by MDPI (Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute) — one of the most influential global actors in the field of open scientific publishing.
From 12:00 to 14:00, participants will have an exclusive opportunity to learn firsthand how modern Open Access publishing functions, what the current trends in scholarly communication are, and how a scientific career is built through high-quality publication. The workshops are designed to provide students, researchers, and academic staff with practical tools, advice, and insights that can dramatically enhance their research work and visibility in the international scientific community.
Workshop 1 (12:00–12:45): MDPI and Open Access Publishing
Participants will learn how the principles of open science are transforming the global scientific ecosystem, what advantages open access brings, what publishing models exist, and what role MDPI plays in the development of transparent and ethical publishing. Special emphasis will be placed on global knowledge accessibility and the support the publisher provides to researchers.
Workshop 2 (13:00–14:00): Writing Scientific Papers — Professional Guidelines and Practice
The second part of the program guides participants through the process of preparing and writing a high-quality scientific paper: from literature search and reference management, through manuscript structure and creation of visual representations of results, to final recommendations for clear, precise, and impactful scientific writing.
These workshops represent a unique opportunity for teachers and researchers to gain knowledge that directly contributes to their scientific recognition, the quality of their research projects, and their readiness for the international academic scene.
The Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka" proudly invites all interested participants to attend the event and become part of the open science movement that is shaping the future of research.
Knowledge is the most powerful form of openness — join us and be part of the changes that inspire the world of science.
