Successful Defense of Doctoral Dissertation
At the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management, the doctoral dissertation of candidate Marija Popović, entitled “The Impact of Digital Communication Tools on the Creation of a Culturally Intelligent Work Environment,” was successfully defended.
In her doctoral dissertation, Dr. Marija Popović addressed contemporary and highly relevant issues in the fields of management, organizational behavior, and digital transformation, with a particular focus on the role of digital communication tools in the development of employees’ cultural intelligence and the creation of an inclusive, efficient, and globally oriented work environment.
The research represents a significant scientific contribution to understanding the challenges and potentials of modern organizations operating in multicultural and digitally networked environments.
