On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” is organizing a free workshop open to psychology students of FOS “Eduka”, which will be held on February 23, starting at 5:00 PM.
The workshop entitled “Does He/She Love Me or Not: Ways of Expressing Love from the Perspective of Affective Attachment”, lasting 90 minutes, will be led by Nina Vukelić Koprivica, MA in Psychology and psychotherapist under supervision from the psychological counseling center “Mensana” in Novi Sad.
The question “Does he/she love me?” is one of the most common questions that arises in romantic and close relationships, as well as in clinical and counseling practice. The answer to this question often does not depend on the intensity of emotion, but rather on the way love is expressed and experienced within different styles of affective attachment.
The aim of the workshop is to offer psychology students a deeper understanding of the connection between affective attachment, affect regulation, and behaviors that we recognize in everyday life as “expressions of love.” Special emphasis will be placed on the differences between inner needs for closeness and external behavioral patterns, which are often a source of misunderstandings in relationships.
The workshop is interactive in nature and combines a brief theoretical introduction with work in small groups and guided discussion. It is intended for psychology students and has an educational character; it does not involve personal disclosure or therapeutic work.
