In line with the modern approach to education, which подразумева connecting academic knowledge with a real business environment, students of the Psychology and Business Excellence, Management and Organization study programs at the Faculty of Organizational Studies „Eduka“ carried out a professional visit to the company „Zdravlje Leskovac“ as part of the course Fundamentals of Human Resource Management.

This valuable opportunity allowed students to gain first-hand insight into what working in the field of human resource management looks like within a renowned pharmaceutical company. Through a meaningful and inspiring conversation with Tamara Vasojević, Group HR Director, and Nevena Milanović, HR & Communications Business Partner, students became familiar with the organization of the HR function, modern human resource management practices, as well as the challenges shaping this dynamic business field.

The particular value of this visit lies in the fact that students had the opportunity to view the theoretical knowledge acquired during classes in the context of authentic business processes and professional standards. At the same time, such meetings represent an important step in students’ professional orientation, the development of their business perspective, and the establishment of their first meaningful contacts with representatives of the business sector.

A warm welcome, openness to the exchange of experiences, and the exceptional hospitality of the hosts made this visit especially significant and inspiring for all participants. The Faculty of Organizational Studies „Eduka“ continues to open the doors of relevant companies and institutions to its students, reaffirming its commitment to education that is modern, applicable, and oriented toward a successful professional future.

Through such experiences, students are guided into the business world by prof. Dr. Ivana Jošanov Vrgović and Tatjana Đukić, through teaching that does not keep knowledge confined to the classroom, but actively connects it with the demands and practices of the modern labor market.
