We invite all students attending the Corporate Culture course, as well as all interested students of the Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka”, to apply for study visits to the company "Fiat" in Kragujevac and the company "Al Dahra" in Padinska Skela. The visit to "Fiat" will be organized on April 27, 2026, and the visit to "Al Dahra" on May 4, 2026.
These visits represent an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand insight into modern HR practices in two large international companies. During the visits, you will have the opportunity to learn how corporate culture is developed and nurtured, how recruitment, training, and employee development processes function, as well as how companies manage talent and employee motivation.
In addition to the theoretical knowledge you acquire at the faculty, this experience will help you understand how such knowledge is applied in a real business environment. Direct contact with HR professionals and the working environment contributes to the development of professional competencies and a better understanding of future career opportunities.
