As part of the course Human Resource Management Fundamentals, students, together with Prof. Dr. Ivana Jošanov Vrgović and Tatjana Đukić, visited the company Carlsberg, where they had the opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with practice in a large corporation operating in multiple countries.

Katarina Veselinović and Sofija Vešković, representing the People and Culture team, clearly and systematically introduced students to key HR processes, with special focus on internal communications, which represent a particular challenge in large systems with employees across multiple locations.

Students listened with great interest to the story of the company’s tradition, and thanks to the openness of the colleagues, the conversation naturally developed through questions and open discussion.

Professional visits hold special importance as they complete the learning cycle, which is only fully achieved when there is a solid theoretical foundation, insight into how processes function in practice, and an opportunity for discussion with experienced professionals. The organization of this course provides students with exactly that.
