The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” is pleased to announce a guest lecture by Željko Kišić, a distinguished expert with extensive experience in the banking sector.

The lecture will be held on Wednesday, April 22, starting at 6 PM.

According to publicly available biographical data, Željko Kišić has held responsible managerial positions throughout his career in the fields of credit risk management, corporate banking, and business operations with companies.

In an earlier period, he was affiliated with UniCredit Bank Serbia, where, among other roles, he managed operations with medium-sized enterprises, as well as the segment of credit approvals for corporate clients.

Publicly available sources also confirm that at UniCredit Bank a.d. Banja Luka, he was a member of the Management Board responsible for retail, as well as corporate and investment banking.

His professional biography is particularly notable for combining experience in risk management with strategic leadership of key banking functions.

Additional academic weight to his work is provided by the fact that he holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has focused his professional development on credit risk management.

Students will have the opportunity to hear firsthand what decision-making looks like in modern banking, how risks are managed, and how relationships with corporate and retail clients are developed.

This lecture represents an excellent opportunity to connect academic knowledge with real-world experience from the financial industry.

We invite students, associates, and all interested parties to attend this event and take the opportunity to hear the experiences of one of the experienced managers in the field of banking.
