FOS “Eduka” students visit Stellantis company in Kragujevac
As part of the Corporate Culture course, students from the Psychology and Business Excellence and Organization programs had the opportunity to visit FCA Serbia, the Stellantis plant in Kragujevac, and gain insight into the operations of a modern multinational company.
Accompanied by course lecturers, Assist. Prof. Dr. Dragana Mitrić-Aćimović and Veljko Samardžić, the students toured the production facilities and learned about processes in the automotive industry, where models such as the Fiat Grande Panda with electric, hybrid, and petrol engines, as well as the Citroën C3, are manufactured.
A special focus was placed on the work of the Human Resources department, talent management, and the development of corporate culture in a complex industrial environment.
The company employs several thousand workers and has a strong international character, which further emphasizes the importance of inclusion and intercultural management in modern organizations.
During the visit, students discussed the challenges of modern business, including technological changes, geopolitical and economic factors, as well as demographic trends in the labor market.
Special attention was given to the transformation process of the former Zastava Automobili factory into a modern production system.
The company also promotes social responsibility, where each employee has the opportunity to donate eight working hours per year to humanitarian and community initiatives.
According to student impressions, the most interesting part of the visit was the practical insight into how theoretical concepts of corporate culture and organizational behavior are applied in real business settings, as well as discussions with company representatives.
The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” continues to connect theory and practice through study visits that enable students to develop essential professional competencies.
