The Faculty of Organizational Studies EDUKA is pleased to announce a guest lecture and book promotion of “Introduction to Logosynthesis” by Dr. Willem Lammers, a world-renowned psychotherapist, author, and founder of Logosynthesis.

The event will be held on May 6, 2026, at 17:00 at the Faculty of Organizational Studies EDUKA.

The topic of the event is “Logosynthesis – The Power of Words in the Service of Change and Personal Development”.

Logosynthesis is a modern psychotherapeutic and coaching approach that highlights the importance of words, attention, and internal resources in overcoming limiting beliefs, stress, and emotional blockages.

In a time of rapid change, an accelerated business pace, and increasing psychological challenges, the ability to maintain focus, energy, and inner stability has become one of the key competencies of modern professionals.

Dr. Willem Lammers is a Swiss-Dutch psychologist and psychotherapist with decades of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations worldwide.

As the founder of the Institute for Logosynthesis in Switzerland, he developed a method that is now applied in psychotherapy, counseling, coaching, education, and personal development.

He is the author of numerous professional books translated into multiple languages and a recipient of awards for his contribution to the development of energy psychology.

A special value of his work lies in his ability to present complex psychological processes through clear, practical, and applicable tools.

For EDUKA students, this lecture represents an opportunity to understand how knowledge from psychology, communication, leadership, and organizational behavior can be connected to concrete techniques of personal and professional development.

Participants will learn how the words we use influence the way we perceive ourselves, other people, and challenges in the business environment.

A special focus will be placed on the application of Logosynthesis in working under pressure, improving communication, developing leadership skills, and overcoming internal barriers.

During the event, key chapters of the book “Introduction to Logosynthesis” will be presented, along with the opportunity for discussion with the author.

The Faculty of Organizational Studies EDUKA invites students, faculty members, associates, and all those interested in psychology, coaching, management, and personal development to attend this inspiring meeting with one of the most significant authors in the field of Logosynthesis.
