The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” is actively participating in the 74th Congress of Psychologists of Serbia, which is being held this year from May 28 to May 31 at the teaching base of “Eduka” – the “Crni vrh” hotel in Divčibare.

An engaging program awaits us, featuring the participation of our professors and students.

At the round table “Artificial Intelligence and Psychological Practice: Where Are We and Where Are We Going”, moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dragana Mitrić-Aćimović, speakers include Dr. Ana Mirković, psychology student at FOS “Eduka” Verica Stanišić, psychotherapist Nikolina Milosavljević, HR manager at Hooloovoo Ana Đokić, and researcher of organizational culture and artificial intelligence in software companies Dr. Aleksandar Milinčić.

At the round table “The Psychological Profession in Human Resources – Where Are We and Where Should We Be?”, moderated by Bojana Mančić (National Alliance for Local Economic Development), speakers will include Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dragana Mitrić-Aćimović, together with Dr. Jelena Dostanić (Faculty of Law and Business Studies “Dr Lazar Vrkatić”), Katarina Milić (Nelt Group), Milina Petrović Milošević (ERGOMED), and Aleksandar Milinčić.

Our first-year psychology students – Damjana Ađi, Marta Čovo, Verica Stanišić, and Mihailo Dolganov, under the mentorship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mitrić-Aćimović, will present the research paper “Pilot Study of Psychology Students’ Attitudes Toward Artificial Intelligence After Peer Education”.

Additionally, within the symposium on loneliness at work, research results will be presented on the topic “Loneliness at Work and the Frequency and Purpose of Using Artificial Intelligence”. The authors of the paper are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dragana Mitrić-Aćimović, Bojana Mančić, and Milina Petrović Milošević.
