As part of the course Fundamentals of Human Resource Management, Prof. Dr. Ivana Jošanov-Vrgović and Tatjana Đukić organized a professional visit for our Faculty’s students to the National Employment Service.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about the work of this institution, its role in the labor market, as well as the services it provides to unemployed individuals, employers, and young people entering the world of work.
They were also introduced to useful information about active employment measures, career guidance, counseling, career development, and the skills necessary for successful integration into the labor market.
This visit was a valuable opportunity for students to connect theoretical knowledge with practice and gain a better understanding of the functioning of institutions that play a significant role in employment and human resource development.
