Admission of documents for student enrollment in the June enrollment period for all study programs in Serbian and English begins on Monday, June 8th, 2026.

Candidates can submit enrollment documents for the first year of studies in Belgrade, Majke Jevrosime 15, on working days from 09:00 to 15:00 on the second floor.

The following documents are required for enrollment:

  • Certified copies of diplomas and certificates from completed high school years. If the documents are not in Serbian, Croatian, Montenegrin, or Bosnian, a certified translation must also be provided;
  • Candidates who completed high school outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia (except Republika Srpska) or who completed a foreign school/program in Serbia are required to have their diploma recognized by the Agency for Qualifications. At enrollment, they must submit the Decision on Recognition of Foreign Educational Documents, as well as copies of the original documents and their translations;
  • If the recognition process has not been completed yet, a certificate from the Agency for Qualifications confirming the initiation of the process must be submitted along with copies of the original documents and their translations;
  • Two index photos sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm;
  • National ID card or a copy of the ID card without a chip. Foreign students must submit a copy of their passport (page with photo and personal data);
  • Candidates requiring a visa must also submit a copy of the passport page with a residence permit (visa), as well as a copy of the residence registration obtained from the police. For candidates from countries that do not require a visa, a copy of the passport page showing the entry date into Serbia is sufficient. If entry from Montenegro / BiH was made with an ID card, a copy of the residence registration can be submitted later;
  • Candidates enrolling in English-taught programs – proof of English language proficiency (C1 level), if high school was not completed in English – can be submitted later, no later than the next academic year enrollment;
  • Candidates enrolling in Serbian-taught programs – proof of Serbian language proficiency (C1 level), if high school was not completed in Serbian, Croatian, Montenegrin, or Bosnian – can be submitted later, no later than the next academic year enrollment;
  • Proof of tuition payment (first installment is 500 EUR in RSD equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate) or a signed pre-contract of studies;
  • Proof of payment for enrollment material and insurance (8,000 RSD);
  • For foreign candidates – proof of paid health insurance in the Republic of Serbia.
