Representatives of the Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka”, Assist. Prof. Dr Tijana Čomić, Assist. Prof. Dr Dragana Mitrić-Aćimović, and Assist. Prof. Dr Marija Popović, attended the event “From AI Regulation to Practical Business Action”, dedicated to connecting artificial intelligence regulation with its practical application in the business environment.

The event brought together representatives of the business community, international organizations, and experts in artificial intelligence. Topics included the EU AI Act, business compliance, AI literacy, international standards, and preparing organizations for new regulatory requirements.

We are particularly pleased that Dr Ana Mirković, a lecturer at the Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka”, also participated in organizing the event as a representative of DCI. She spoke about positioning DCI as a regional center for education and certification in the field of artificial intelligence.

“Through accredited and certified programs, we will try to empower every employee to use AI... In this world of artificial intelligence, we will be able to navigate much more easily,” stated Dr Mirković.

Eduka’s participation in this event builds on our ongoing work in the fields of artificial intelligence, work psychology, and organizational studies. For us, AI is not merely a technological issue—it is changing the way people work, learn, make decisions, and experience their work environment.

That is why, at Eduka, we connect contemporary knowledge in psychology and organizational sciences with the challenges of AI transformation, preparing our students for a world of work in which understanding technology and understanding people must go hand in hand.
