Second-year students from the Psychology and Business Excellence study programmes at the Faculty of Business Studies EDUKA attended the Empple Awards 2026 ceremony, held on 15 October at the Palace of Science in Belgrade.

At the invitation of our partners at Empple, and with the support of professors Ivana Jošanov Vrgović and Tatjana Đukić, the students had the opportunity to learn about the best employer branding practices in Serbia, hear experiences from professionals working in companies, and make their first professional connections.

We believe it is particularly important to provide students with opportunities like these during their studies. They offer a valuable way to connect what students learn about organisational psychology and human resource management with real-world business environments, meet professionals in their field, and gradually begin building their professional networks.

The students' feedback has been excellent, and we are especially pleased that they had the opportunity to be part of such an event.

We would like to thank the Empple team for the invitation and for their collaboration. They are wonderful young people, full of knowledge, energy, and great ideas, and it is a pleasure to exchange experiences with them. We look forward to our future joint activities!
