As part of the open lecture series at the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka," a lecture titled "Naturopathy as a Natural Path to Health" was delivered, attracting students, professors, and enthusiasts of natural health approaches. The lecture was presented by Dragana Blagojević Lombardelli, an expert in holistic medicine, psychosomatics, and naturopathy.

Dragana began by emphasizing that naturopathy is a branch of holistic medicine combining traditional healing techniques with modern scientific knowledge. Naturopathy is based on principles of the body's self-healing ability, disease prevention, and the integration of mind and body in the healing process.

The speaker explained the fundamental methods used in naturopathy, including nutrition, phytotherapy, hydrotherapy, relaxation techniques, and energy work. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of proper nutrition and body detoxification in maintaining health.

Additionally, Dragana discussed the significance of recognizing psychosomatic causes of illness, highlighting that balance between emotional and physical health leads to lasting results. The presentation included real-life examples illustrating the effectiveness of natural healing methods.

During the lecture, students had the opportunity to learn how to apply the basic principles of naturopathy in daily life to improve their health. Questions from the audience reflected great interest in the topic, particularly regarding the prevention of chronic diseases.

Dragana pointed out that naturopathy is not an alternative to conventional medicine but a complementary approach that enhances the quality of life. She underscored the importance of collaboration between conventional doctors and naturopaths to provide comprehensive patient care.

At the end of the lecture, the speaker shared practical advice for everyday health improvement, such as incorporating natural foods into one’s diet, practicing meditation, and spending time in nature regularly. Students expressed their gratitude for the inspiring lecture and valuable information.

The Faculty announced the continuation of the lecture series and programs in naturopathy, featuring experts from Serbia, Italy, and France. The lecture concluded with an invitation to consider the importance of natural methods as part of the modern healthcare system.
