The Faculty of Organizational Studies “EDUKA” and the startup Xenios LMS launched a joint innovative project in October 2024, aimed at enhancing digital learning through the Xenios platform, which is based on the principles of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and gamification. This project further strengthens EDUKA’s position as a leader in the field of educational innovation.

The pilot project began in October, with preliminary results expected by the end of the year. Alongside the pilot initiative, additional experiments are planned to explore the effects of digital learning on student behavior, motivation, and concentration. These studies hold dual value: on one hand, they contribute to the scientific community in the fields of psychology and neuroscience in the digital age, and on the other, they enable students to actively and directly participate in the further development of the Xenios platform. The project is led by psychology professor Dr. Ivana Jošanov Vrgović and Željana Babić, founder and CEO of Xenios LMS.

Xenios LMS was presented on April 28 at the Japan Expo in Osaka, under the patronage of the United Nations, further highlighting the international relevance of this collaboration as an example of advanced and innovative practice in the field of digital education.
