Students and professors from the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka" made a notable contribution at the 73rd Congress of Psychologists of Serbia, titled “Values Under Pressure: Psychology Between the Ideal and the Real”, held from June 4 to 7, 2025, at the Crni Vrh Hotel on Divčibare, the Faculty's teaching base. The Congress was organized by the Psychological Association of Serbia and brought together leading domestic and regional experts, researchers, and practitioners in the field of psychology.
Through plenary sessions, symposia, round tables, and workshops, participants exchanged knowledge and experiences, with a special focus on maintaining professional standards and developing sustainable models of practice under limited resources. Topics also included the role of psychologists in education, healthcare, organizations, and social welfare, as well as the challenges faced by professionals in private practice.
Our professors, Dr. Đerđi Erdeš-Kavečan, Dr. Bojana Grahovac, and Dr. Dušanka Đurović, presented the latest research and contemporary approaches in various fields of psychology. Prof. Dr. Dušanka Đurović moderated a panel discussion on the topic “Moral Development and Legal Responsibility”, which also featured Prof. Dr. Đerđi Erdeš-Kavečan as one of the key panelists. Assistant Prof. Dr. Bojana Grahovac delivered a highly acclaimed presentation in the session “Positive Psychology and Psychotherapy”, presenting the results of her research on the topic “Relations Between Rigidity and a Positive Attitude Toward Life”.
Special value was added to the congress by our undergraduate and master's students, who actively participated in thematic sessions, panel discussions, and practical workshops. Their engagement and professional contributions confirm the high quality of education our Faculty provides, as well as its commitment to contemporary topics and socially relevant issues in the field of psychology.
Participation in this prestigious professional event further strengthened the position of the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka" as a significant player in the academic and professional community, and reaffirmed its dedication to the development of psychological science and practice.
