Our professor, Dr. Ivana Jošanov-Vrgović, participated in the International Multidisciplinary Scientific Research Congress, organized by the renowned IKSAD Institute based in Turkey. During the congress, Dr. Jošanov-Vrgović had the honor of chairing one of the scientific sessions, as well as presenting her paper titled "From Motivation to Realization: The Power of Human Potential in a VUCA World." Her involvement and presentation attracted the attention of numerous participants from different countries and disciplines.
The congress gathers academics, researchers, diplomats, artists, and decision-makers who address key social, economic, and environmental issues. The organizer, IKSAD – International Economic and Social Research Association, is well-known for its multidisciplinary approach and cooperation with universities, international organizations, the civil sector, and local authorities.
