During the International Week at the prestigious ISAG – European Business School in Porto, professors from the Faculty of Organizational Studies Eduka, Prof. Dr. Ivana Jošanov Vrgović and Marija Popović, actively participated in the Erasmus+ mobility program. Through lectures, interactive workshops, and academic meetings, they facilitated the exchange of knowledge and contemporary practices in the field of intercultural management. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of cultural intelligence as a key competence in modern education and global business.

This academic visit contributes to the expansion of international cooperation, strengthens the teaching and research capacities of the faculty, and encourages the development of joint projects with partner institutions. Through direct interaction and academic dialogue, the importance of in vivo networking in creating professional synergy within the European educational space was reaffirmed.

FOS Eduka’s participation in such international activities represents a strategic step toward enhancing faculty competencies and developing study programs aligned with the needs of a multicultural and dynamic society. Thus, the internationalization of education becomes not only an academic value but also a key resource for shaping the leaders of the future.
