Within the Center for Business Excellence and Scientific Research, national and international projects are carried out.
The primary goal of the Center is to contribute to capacity building and raising the quality of education and scientific research activities of the faculty through the implementation of national and international scientific and professional projects.
The content and results of scientific, research, and professional project activities are aligned with the strategic documents of the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka," as well as with national and European goals and standards in science and higher education.
Researchers enhance their professional and scientific competencies within projects, thereby contributing to the transparency of science and the internationalization of study programs and the institution as a whole.

- About the project – The main goal is to enhance the societal potential of Ukrainian universities to ensure sustainable operation and development of the higher education sector in Ukraine, as well as to provide a continuous study process during and after the war by improving the educational environment in universities. Activities include:
- Desktop research and workshops to define the starting point for further activities;
- Development and introduction of innovative BSc/MSc courses in digital marketing and management at higher education institutions;
- Formation of an EU-UA network of business faculties;
- Dissemination activities through various media and on-site visits.
- Expected results: The project aims to develop four courses in digital marketing and management based on current IT trends, including the creation and publication of necessary teaching materials and study processes. An EU-UA international business network of faculties will be established. The achievements of the project will be presented to the general public.

- About the project – The project focuses on harmonizing related study programs to create a joint study program in hospitality and to enhance the quality of higher education in the Western Balkan region. - About the project – Researchers in this project analyze the state of education in the Republic of Serbia with the aim of defining trends that will guide the future activities of all stakeholders in the educational process. Special attention is given to analyzing demographic trends, indicators of preschool education (number of institutions, number of children, preschool institution capacities), primary education (number of children, number of schools, success in primary education, and staff), secondary education (number of high school students, number of high schools and ownership structure, success in secondary education), as well as higher education (number of students and the ownership structure of higher education institutions).
PROJECT TITLE: Development and Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Hospitality

- About the project – The project focuses on developing one segment of artificial intelligence in the hospitality industry. The goal is to enhance hotel operations through the implementation of advanced AI solutions. The Faculty will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the hotel's current operations and identify key areas for business process optimization. A team of researchers from the Faculty will develop personalized AI algorithms to improve guest experience, optimize resources, and increase operational efficiency. The project includes the development of systems for automated reservations, personalized offers, and price optimization. Algorithms for analyzing data on various guest segments will also be developed to improve services and increase guest loyalty. The Faculty will integrate AI solutions into the hotel's existing systems, ensuring seamless integration with its current infrastructure. Testing and validation of the solutions will be conducted in real business conditions during the project to ensure their efficiency.

- About the project – The goal is to continue citizen engagement following the Novi Sad 2022 – European Capital of Culture project and to address gaps in placemaking, leveraging the cultural momentum and spirit initiated in the city. The content of the PLACETHEATRE project aims to utilize public spaces in Novi Sad, particularly several neglected public areas in remote neighborhoods, and apply innovative and unconventional art-based methodologies (street theater and future dialogues) to help citizens and socially vulnerable groups (minorities, refugees, women, LGBTQ, individuals with social and economic barriers, disabilities) reclaim a sense of community and belonging in a sustainable, socially inclusive, and circular way, adhering to the principles of the "New European Bauhaus" on inclusion, aesthetics, and sustainability.
