Program Description
The "Standards of Socially Responsible Business" training provides insight into key guidelines and requirements that shape socially responsible practices in companies and organizations. Participants will explore international standards, such as ISO 26000, Smeta Sedex, BSCI, SA 8000, RSCI, and learn how to apply them in business. Through case studies and practical exercises, participants will develop skills to assess and enhance the social responsibility of their organizations.

1. Introduction to Socially Responsible Business – Defining the concept and importance of socially responsible business in modern business practices.
2. International Standards – Overview of key international standards such as ISO 26000, Smeta Sedex, BSCI, SA 8000, RSCI.
3. Ethics and Sustainability – Exploring ethical principles and sustainable practices that shape socially responsible business.
4. Impact Assessment – Learning techniques for assessing the social, economic, and environmental impact of business operations.
5. Strategy Development – How to develop a socially responsible business strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
6. Stakeholders – Identifying and engaging key stakeholders in the implementation process.
7. Reporting and Communication – Practical skills for creating social responsibility reports and effectively communicating results.
8. Case Studies – Analysis of real examples of companies that successfully apply socially responsible business standards.
Goals
The goal of the training is to empower participants to understand key standards and guidelines for implementing socially responsible business practices. The training aims to provide practical tools and methods for evaluating and enhancing social responsibility within organizations. Additionally, participants will develop the ability to create strategies that integrate ethical and sustainable practices into business operations.

The training is intended for professionals from various sectors who want to improve their knowledge of social responsibility and sustainable practices. It is also useful for managers, entrepreneurs, and consultants who seek to implement ethical standards in their organizations.
Method of Delivery
Workshop (theoretical explanations and practical work) Practical work involves simulating real-life cases on computers in the Eduka computer lab. Participants are given tasks for independent work at home. After the course, participants have online (phone and email) support for working on the portals they are trained on during the course for a period of one month.
Skills Acquired
Upon completion of the training, participants will acquire skills in analyzing and implementing socially responsible practices within organizations. Additionally, they will develop abilities to create and evaluate strategies based on international standards, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
Method of Delivery
The training will be delivered through a combination of interactive lectures, workshops, and case studies. Participants will work in groups on practical projects to apply the knowledge gained.

Program Fee
The fee for participation in the training is 44,000 RSD. The fee can be paid before the start of the training, but no later than 28.02.2025. The stated price applies to one participant. For organizations that register more than two participants for the same training, a 10% discount on the fee per participant is granted.
