The Faculty, through its scientific research, continuously makes a significant contribution to the development of social and human sciences in Serbia and the improvement of our society.
Professors, as researchers and lecturers, regularly participate in leading scientific and professional-business gatherings both in the country and abroad, such as the Biznis Priče conference, Jahorina Business Forum, Kopaonik Business Forum, Serbian Association of Managers, Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Serbian Association of Economists, and many other institutions.
Our professors, as researchers, are authors of papers in international journals (categories M21-M23 and other categories), as well as books and monographs.
The Faculty drives its scientific research through international, national, and business-related projects.
The Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka“ is accredited by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia as a scientific research organization for conducting research activities in the fields of Management and Business, as well as Psychological Sciences.
