Designed based on advanced business practices and exceptional faculties worldwide, the program is founded on the following principles:

• Applied and Innovative Knowledge – from day one, students are immersed in the world of business and the operations of the Faculty's credible partners;
• Transdisciplinarity – students can design their curriculum by attending lectures in areas such as psychology, psychotherapy, security, artificial intelligence, acting, and visual arts;
• Focus on Practice and Networking – case studies are analyzed from the first semester, companies present their business challenges, and students engage in research and professional practice to address these challenges;
• Professional Practice – during studies, at least five paid professional practices are completed, with visits to at least 10 expert conferences in the region and participation in projects resulting from company-Faculty partnerships. The Faculty's strategic partner is the largest business conference BUSINESS STORIES.
• Exceptional Literature – the curriculum includes seminal works in economics, management, marketing, and psychology, supplemented by professional and scientific papers, reports from eminent global institutions, organizations, and consulting firms.
• Outstanding Educators – professors, assistants, and teaching associates are proven experts in practice who track each student's development and influence their career paths.
